The female stylist was so kind and made me feel relaxed, welcomed, and comfortable. However, she mostly spoke to me in Spanish. She did a pretty fantastic job with my color, and gave me tips to fight frizz and keep it smooth!

First went in July and wanted a short cut. The stylist, Direne, just cut a few inches off and said I’d look better with longer hair. She was really nice but I clearly wanted short hair. I thought she cut it really nice with layers so I was still happy with results and decided to keep it till it grows out. I couldn’t book with the same stylist so I went back in September to get my short blunt cut, saw a different stylist Yisel, and she left it so crooked! I had to go somewhere else to fix it. And if I could add a picture of the crazy crooked hair i left with, I would post them. She curled it before I left so I didn’t notice till i went home. Pretty disappointing

Barbers here are pretty good, I haven’t gotten my hair cut here because I’m very picky but I’ve brought my kids here twice and they always do a really good job! Barbers are very friendly and professional not like some places in Music City Mall where some of the barbers are on their phones when doing a cut.

I set an appointment last week with the lady with the curly hair. She said be there at nine on Sunday of last week. I waited all week. Got really excited. I get there at 9 am and no one is there. So, I still had her number. I text her to see what was going on. She did not tell me her car wouldn’t start until about 9:15. Did not arrive there until 9:40. I am very disappointed. I would give no stars. I walked out. I am going to JCPenney.

Asked for a pixie cut, and they gave me a long fade. I asked for a lighter blonde and ended up with apple juice colored hair. I was unaware that the staff is totally spanish-speaking because the advertisement is in English, but once I got there only one person spoke enough to almost have a conversation. The rest were only spanish-speaking which presented an issue because I can only speak English. Regardless, I showed a picture of what I wanted and got something different, pointed to the color I wanted and got something different, then was told it would be $180.00 and got charged an extra $15 tax so I paid nearly $200.00 for something I didn’t ask for.
