I’ll give quite a bit of grace for a small business, especially one like this whose service is no longer in the demand it was 20+ years ago. I appreciate that they are still open every year for the 5-6 weeks I have a need to go there. The staff is always friendly. It’s easy to get an appointment or even just walk in between the hours of 8am-2pm. I would take a look at their business hours to decide if an unlimited package is worth it. Since they are open 5 days a week, with very limited hours on Sat and they close by 3pm on one weekday, it might make more sense to buy a package of minutes, especially if they are on special. The following is just to manage your expectations…The parking lot & building are showing their age, so is the interior and the towels. I’m assuming they rent the space, so the lot and building aren’t in their control. I know it’s hard to put money back into a business when that service is no longer booming. The reason why they get 5 stars is that the rooms, beds and towels are always well stocked, clean and in good working order. Also, the staff are always friendly and do their best to accommodate you, especially during their rush times.

$15 for a Level 4 bed. Staff was friendly and the building was clean but the bed was old old. Very small room that was super hot. Used a sticker and tanned the entire 15 minutes. Literally got no color. None. Couldn’t see where the sticker was. Nothing.

Nice place. I’m only giving it 4 because of the fact that that only had 3 working beds when I came in. They had more but they weren’t hooked up and working. New members get 20 minutes of free tanning so you can try it before you buy a package. The packages are decently priced. There’s a lot of options from unlimited to level 1,2,3 and 4 minute packages.

I love this tanning salon. I moved back to the area recently and I was struggling to find a place that I liked. I discovered Jagger Bay and loved it instantly. Everyone at the desk is courteous. I was impressed that they remembered my name so quickly. The prices are great and the whole establishment is always clean.

I like this place because of the girls working, the clean environment and variety of beds! I think the packages are a little overpriced, but I still go. I never have to wait… one downfall is the massage parlor/room… you can’t listen to the radio while you tan if there’s an active massage session. Otherwise, this is one of few salons in Beloit and I don’t intend going anywhere else.

I called Jagger Bay Tanning Co. to see if there were any open beds. The counter person said there were open beds. I arrived approx. 30 mins. later, however, the staff worker was leaving (closing for the day). The business’s hours had changed and were not correct online, but were correct on the door of the business. I was unable to tan that day. I was disappointed, but I received a kind phone call a few days later from the manager or owner. She apologized for the misunderstanding & gave me a free tan.
