I use an array of modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial stretching, reflexology, trigger point therapy, energy healing, crystal healing, aromatherapy, and more. No need to feel overwhelmed with which option you should choose, as I intuitively feel what I believe to be the best for you during each session based on my 5 years of acquired wisdom from being an Intuitive Healing Facilitator and Licensed Massage Therapist. I have had two separate experiences at Jades Temple and both of them were absolutely divine. When you first step into her building you are greeted by the smell of essential oils and candles. When you walk up the stairs to her sacred space you a greeted by warm and compassionate individuals. Today my partner and I received the couples massage from Jade and Lester. They both are so knowledgeable and have a wide variety of tools and methods that they use. This is a safe and sacred space to relax and release all tension from the mind body and spirit.
