Nice lady but wouldn’t go back. I got a massage there about a month ago. The technique that was used made me wonder if the lady had a license. I have had plenty of massage over the years. Since then I can barely move my arm. Which started after this massage. Can I say for a fact that it happened there, of course not but my arm was fine before the massage.

I had the WORST experience. I asked for a deep tissue massage. After asking if she can apply pressure, she stepped on my back with her feet. I asked her if she can use her hands instead and she was very rude. No pressure was applied, she simply rubbed oil on me for an hour which was very uncomfortable. Even after being highly dissatisfied, I still paid the full price and asked for my change back (which would have been her tip). She was EXTREMELY RUDE! Threw my money on the counter and walked off. The owner was very nice by apologizing to me for the UNPROFESSIONAL ACTION of her employee. I will not be visiting this location again and I am highly dissatisfied that nothing was done to make it right.

Just went here today for my birthday. Massage felt great and relaxing. I understand why the lady left the room to answer calls/greet customers so that wasn’t a big issue for me. Pressure was just right, hot stones and lubricant felt great. Overall, I’d recommend it, and a pretty solid first time experience.

My best friend recommended me here, I had been here once so far, but it was so beyond my expectations. I had deep tissue massage which is therapeutic. My neck and shoulder felt much loose afterward. We got a scalp massage, face massage, foot massage, and full leg/arm massage, and entire back/shoulder/neck massage. I’d rate my Jade Massage experience as a 2.5! Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The communication is good. You just don’t get the hassle free, worry free, full relaxation you’re hoping for. I visited for a prenatal massage & had my session interrupted multiple times for other customers, calls and to assist other staff. My time was extended, but that in turn put the rest of my day behind schedule. Additionally, I left in some pain and have been spotting since my visit. I had to ask the therapist to adjust the pressure multiple times and am now required to visit my doctor’s office. While I think their massages are good, I wouldn’t recommend for other pregnant women.
