They just opened. I brought my granddaughter there. The owner/stylist is super nice. She did a great job . Also she had her puppy there which I thought was a great welcoming. My granddaughter is autistic and sometimes hard to understand. The stylist communicated well with her being the first time they met.

Went to Mr. T’s to get highlights and was shocked to find myself in the chair for 4 and 1/2 hours for HIGHLIGHTS. They didn’t fully blow dry my hair because she was in such a rush and when my hair was fully dry it was a complete mess. I asked for simple blonde highlights and I received red/blonde highlights, mix of colors, very uneven, bleach spots and very brassy. They offered to re-tone it so it was the red brassy tone all over, which I never wanted (who would?). On top of that they couldn’t get me in for FIVE days after that to re-tone it. Plus the bleach spots were very visible. They REFUSED to re-bleach it because she that would be to much work and they won’t refund me my money. 100$ for this horrible service.
