Nice designs. Tech was a little rough on my nails. Hands were sore around cuticles after service. Went 2x and had the same sore feelings afterwards. For this reason I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The BEST nail salon I have been to in a long time!! From the moment I walked in, nothing but kindness and complete comfort. I was trying to decide on gel with color but was recommended to try “nail dip”. I tried it in American Manicure and I LOVE it!! I even let them do my eyebrows. Both experiences were fabulous. I will be returning soon!!

Not only are my nails and toes perfect, but they actually take their time to do a good job and make sure you are satisfied. I know ombré pink and white nails rarely turn out, but mine look amazing. I’m super picky about my nails, the shape, and making sure they’re all the same length, I absolutely love them. I will defiantly be a regular customer at this nail salon. Plus they don’t charge an arm and a leg like most places do now days. Everyone is so nice and friendly, if I could rate This place more than 5 stars I would ! Not only are my nails and toes perfect, but they actually take their time to do a good job and make sure you are satisfied. I know ombré pink and white nails rarely turn out, but mine look amazing. So, I thought the service was ok, but after 5 days my “gel polish” began to peel off! I waited a few days till I was able to return and when I did, well let’s just say I wasn’t exactly welcome. I was told they would fix my nails, but they were too busy and I should return later. I did and was told I took too long to return and that it again was so busy. My husband wanted a manicure and a pedi, but they were so focused on fixing my nails for “free” they turned us away again!! So, If you like salons that have really cheap gel polish and maybe two technicians doing nails and maybe one person doing pedicures then this is this place for you!!!! I wasn’t impressed at all!! ♀️…

Wellll….. I can in on a humble for my COVID fill in. It’s been about a month so I’m desperate. I could tell the lady who did my nails knew what she was doing but to be honest she did a mediocre job because of inferior equipment and just plain rushing. I think they need a little customer relations training and a face lift.

I truly had high hopes and wanted to really like my new full-set of gel nails that Henry did…but alas it was NOT to be…I explained that I wanted them short and to be natural looking (no thick acrylic powder application) but big, clunky and really fake looking is what I ended up with…I have short fingers, so having big clunky nails make them look even shorter AND fat. He simply didnt listen and did not show the attention to detail I found 4 days later at DIAMOND NAILS AND SPA with the technician named Tony. I let Tony know that he made my hands look good again. No disrespect to Henry at Jaqueline Nails but his work was sub-par compared to Tony’s and the other technician named Mike…Tony reshaped the nails, filed down the hugely disproportionate acryllic powder so that it looked like it “fit” better on my nail bed, cut them down as I had asked, compared each nail to the other when finished and voila – normal sized nails on normal sized hands! No “incredible hulk” looking nail beds. Tony was well compensated for his attentiveness..
