J Spot Wholistic Salon focuses on your whole person not just your locs. I am a self-taught Wholistic Loctician and have been in the loc industry for 19 years. I am a Certified Scalp Rejuvenation Therapist (TM) addressing all your scalp maladies/issues like scalp psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, etc. We offer traditional, micro and instant loc installation and loc maintenance. We do not offer Sisterlock (TM) installation, wick services, loc extensions, color or faux loc services.

I started my locs September 2019 and have only had my hair tended to at this salon since. You can go to a stylist and have your hair done and it might turn out well, but the health of your hair will likely be questionable and/or unknown to you. Or, you can go to a stylist and have your hair cared for, have it turn out well, and take comfort in the fact that your stylist is attentive to your hair and its needs. Personally, I prefer the latter which is why I prefer the J Spot.
