The older gentleman at nail counter #2 did my sns nail set THIS TIME (PINK). All I directed was color, shape and length.. My nail shape and thickness was perfect. Underneath my nails, were very clean!!! Very impressive. This man knows quality work! I’m EXTREMELY happy with my nails this time!! LAST TIME (GREEN) the lady was rushing after my pedicure and didn’t clean up my nails and they were so thick… My pedicure from her was awesome, her quality of work for sns, not so great…

This is what $87 dollars gets you. My nails and toes literally look the worst I have ever seen them look. My nails aren’t even at all. There’s paint all over the sides of them. She cut my ring finger on my left hand then proceeded to use a dirty nail file to file them. I don’t even want to add a picture of my eyebrows. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place unless you get the man at the first desk to do your nails. Go to Queen Nails in Asheboro instead of this place!

I got my nails done here a week ago and it was the worst experience I had there. They did two of my nails crooked and tried to argue with me about them. When they were done I had to come back the next day to get them painted because I had to go to work. Once I went to work the pointer nail on my left hand broke. I went back the next day to have them paint my nails and showed the older man who did my nails and he said he would fix it, but I had to stop working hard. I laughed because I mean I make sandwiches for a living. How can you break a nail on bread? That makes it seem like the nails are not sturdy enough. Well after he painted my nails and fixed the broken one I was soo happy with the design they looked beautiful, but here is where my ONE STAR comes to play. That night after work the ring finger on my right hand broke. I was not able to get it fixed because they were closed by the time I got off, but two days later I went in and explained to the younger man that was there that my nail broke to the point of it bleeding in the center where it broke my nail too. He said the original man who did my nails (the older guy) would be there soon to fix it. So he soaked my nails while I waited. Well one of the ladies came and said that she would fix it for me. She grabbed my sore bleeding finger and whipped off the acrylic with major pressure. I quickly jerked my hand back and turned to the younger man and asked him why he did not explain to her that my nail was bleeding. He didn’t apologies he just said that the owner would be there around 11AM and the other lady that was there (not the one who hurt me) chimes in and says for me to come back when he there. I simply explained to the young man that I had to be to work at 11 and could not wait. He then agreed to fix it himself. To make this loooooooong story short he fixed my nail and it was stronger than the one before. I thanked him and went to work. Though the course of my shift. My thumb on my right hand and the pointer of the same hand AND the pointer on my left hand (the one that broke first) ALL STARTED CRACKING IN THE SAME SPOTS. On my lunch break I go over there and the young man said that the older man never came and that he was off that day and that he would be back the next day. Fast forward to the next day when I saw the old man. He said we would fix my thumb only because I work to hard and got my nails done too long and that’s why they are breaking. I feel as though these were excuses to not fix his bad job. My nails are medium length and they are not hardworking hands. I make sandwiches all day. I do basic cleaning and ring up customers on the kiosk. I have gotten my nails done before at other nail places and my nails last me about 2 weeks if not more. I believe that this man did not layer the acrylic right because after he did my acrylic the first night and my nail broke the same night shows that the structure of my nails was equivalent to someone building a house out of straw and strings. It was a horrible job. I paid $50 for the acrylic nails (gel) with Gel polish and design with snow flakes. I attached some pictures of what my nails should have been and what they are after only one week. Picture 1: Nails I wanted

The quality was not what I was looking for. Uneven shaping of the nail and not the shape requested. It seemed they were more concerned with turn around with getting as many people in vs. the quality and accuracy of the work.

I went in for a pedicure and acrylic nails for my wedding! I have to say I have not been to a cleaner nail salon in all of Asheboro! Besides that, the woman that did my pedicure did an amazing job!!! And, so did the nail tech. My nails turned out perfect on feet and hands. They also gifted me a free full size bath and body works lotion as a wedding present!!! I have never received such great service!!!!! I will definitely be back and 100% recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueOlder Man did my nails and two were crooked and he said that it was my fingers. I showed him again how crooked they were and he started raising his voice saying it’s your fingers. I said sir two of my fingers are not crooked. I left and went to another salon to get my nails fixed. Also while he was doing my nails a woman went to pay and he charged her $60 and she said you told me $50. The woman was upset and said she would not be back. I have went here several times and the last three were bad especially the one I am writing about here. It seems like if you complain they get mad and make excuses for what they did wrong. Like really my fingers are crooked and then you raised your voice to me! They have lost my business!!!!!!!!Service: Acrylic nailsOlder Man did my nails and two were crooked and he said that it was my fingers. My daughters and I used to come here all the time and never had a bad experience. However, we went yesterday and two of the three of us had a bad experience. The lady doing my daughter’s nails used the grinder to remove acrylic from under her nail. She hit her skin multiple times and left a raw spot. The worst part is her polish and the acrylic looked really bad afterwards with uneven spots and different lengths.
