Staff and owner are very courteous and great at what they do. I have gotten haircuts at several salons but they don’t compare to the cutting skills of the stylists here. The owner is so talented and truly cares about making the customer happy. She consulted with me in great detail about the different types of perms and which one would best suit my hair type while still giving me the look I desired. I ended up getting a trim and setting perm which turned out beautifully!

Right away, I was impressed by the way the stylists and assistant worked together seamlessly to move things along quickly, but without cutting corners. My stylist did an amazing job, taking great care with my damaged, bleached hair but still working efficiently to get me out of there on time. The style turned out better than I ever expected — In fact, I think it’s the best my hair has ever been styled! On top of that, it held all day, even through my very windy outdoor photoshoot, and dinner afterward! As a side-note, don’t be afraid to go here if you aren’t Korean — these stylists are very skilled and they can handle it! My great friend suggested that I try J-Kim Design and I can not say enough good things about this hair salon. The staff was amazing! So very kind, gracious and professional. Rudy, the owner, truly listened to my request concerning color and cut, and made sure that I was satisfied from start to finish. Cho was absolutely fantastic. He spent so much time with me correcting both a bad cut and color that I had previously had from a different salon. Looking forward to my next visit! This salon is the best! Their customer service is the very best from start to finish. What wonderful people and talent.
