I’m crying right now with my experience with this place. They were so rude and dismissive about my condition, I have hyperhydrosis meaning I sweat my hands but only if it’s too warm and they refused to do my nails, mind you I’ve been doing my nails my whole life and never I suffered such embarrassment in front of other people. I went to have a quiet time after feeling depressed for so long and that type of rejection and treatment just left me in tears.

I went here with a friend who recommended. They were very sanitary and friendly. However I asked for the $45 dollar pedicure package with gel polish which was an addition $20. It was over in twenty five minutes and I could have done a better job at home. I am 100% not a Karen but I was very dissatisfied at the price point for the service that I received. I spend more on my nails (at a different establishment without a manicure) and feel like it’s worth every penny. I do not feel like the quality of work is worth the money at this establishment. I will not return. $65 dollars for a twenty five minute pedicure (without tip) and mediocre nail shaping and polish is a no for me. I have no problem spending money if it is worth the cost. Not a bad experience in general, just too expensive for the quality provided. It felt rushed not relaxing.

I have gotten my nails here twice already and I absolutely love them! Not only is this nail salon super clean and stylish but everyone that works here is nice and works very quickly. The only downside is the way the parking lot is.

I’ve been to J&J about 10 times over the past 2 years. I think the price is higher than some are used to paying and they don’t have many nail enhancements or nail art options, however, they do a superb job. The picture is 2 weeks after a fill- still looking great! J&J has amazing customer service and a lovely space. They usually aren’t crazy busy so I’ve been able to do walk-ins pretty easily. I do wish they’d get some nail additions here like chrome, foil, glitter, etc. If they did this I’d give them 5 stars! I have Tiffany do my nails every time and she’s always done exactly what I ask with precision so at least I always leave very happy!
