Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been to this location 3 times, and had the house call service once. Every time the nurse was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. I always get the mega Meyers coctail which has absolutely everything in it. It’s a bit more expensive but well worth it, and if you’re local you get a discount. I always leave feeling refreshed. I live in Key Largo, so the location is far more convenient than driving up to the mainland. I love the service & highly recommend it. Yes, you do need to make an appointment but that’s true of any place providing a medical servide. I always get the mega Meyers coctail which has absolutely everything in it. It’s a bit more expensive but well worth it, and if you’re local you get a discount. I always leave feeling refreshed. Did a little overindulging on vacation and called IV in the keys. Tracey was at our hotel in about an hour, did an IV with fluids and vitamins and felt amazing right after. Highly recommend.

Waste of time. Google said they were open at 10. We showed up at 12 and the doors were locked. Called the number and got someone who said someone someone would be there in 15 minutes. We decided to wait. 1250 still none. Now there is 4 of us standing outside waiting. Website advertises things they do not have you are told what is in the bag then get there and ask for it and it is an extra charge for each ingredient. The nurse was rude when she finally showed up at 1. She then took half an hour to service one out of 4 of us. We had other plans and could not wait 2 hours for a service that was promised to be 15 min. Don’t waste your time this was a joke.
