Had a great experience today for my two teenage nieces, 4 year old daughter, and myself. I booked appointments for the four of us on 24 Dec, and they were able to accommodate. We showed for our appt time and had no additional wait time which has not been my experience with previous salons. Staff is friendly, attentive, and clean. Facility is the cleanest I’ve experienced, and they use individually sealed kits for manicures and pedicures. The customer service was amazing as to they especially catered to my daughter to make her feel special. My nieces are visiting, but my daughter and I will definitely be back. Will bring my husband next time too. Highly recommend Michelle, Mindy, and Hannah!

I think I’ve written probably 2 reviews in my life about products or services so for me to write this is not something common! This is the first time I’ve been to nail salon and actually left happy. It’s so elegant inside and they offered me anything to drink! Lily did my nails and I can’t stop staring at them! She actually listened to what I wanted and was so gentle (I’ve had my hands cut and bleed before). Highly recommend this salon and Lily. Was stuck in traffic and decided to look up a nail salon that was close by. Lily Nails was the first one to pop up. Hannah was very nice and left my nails exactly how they were on the picture I showed her. Very pleased with there service and the salon is beautiful as well. Definitely recommend!

Wow!! I am so happy I found this place! Amazing customer service, amazing prices, and amazing quality with nail designs! I got the deluxe spa pedicure and the dip powder manicure. Both were exceptional! The pedicure not only came with a massage, but also a hot rock massage, exfoliant, and paraffin for $55! They also offer wine, tea, coffee, and water. Lily did my French ombré and it came out great. I also love that they have mail technicians who can do quality designs! I live 25 minutes away but will definitely be back because the environment here is so relaxing, friendly, and clean!
