Went to go get some info about getting a base tan before I go on vacation. Lady behind the counter was rude, arrogant, and wouldn’t even look up off the computer screen. If this is the type of employee they hire, there is no chance I will recommend this place or give them my business. Worst customer service I’ve witnessed in a long time.

Not sure what’s up with the tanning booth this year but both times I went my spray tan came out horrible. One arm had way too much product on it and came out looking spotty. One knee was orange all around it and my neck was white as can be. Maybe the lines need to be cleaned out. But unfortunately I won’t be back. Update. Assuming they saw this I was called today and was told there was an issue with the machine so I would get a free spray tan on them for the Inconvenience.

Friendly staff and great customer service. The staff are extremely helpful and patient and happily answer all questions and provide recommendations. I was very happy with my spray tan, though purchasing without a Groupon discount is quite expensive. If they provided more incentives or discounts, I’d happily get sprayed weekly all year long!
