They got me in right away! They did a great job! Clean and the lines are perfect. I can’t speak for the manicure side, since all I ever do are pedicures. But the place seemed to be very busy and popular. The people working were talkative and friendly.

I took my daughters here for a fun day and had one of the worst experiences ever. My pedicure was okay, but while I was getting the manicure the person doing my nails kept shaking my hand like I was doing something wrong, then she’d look at me and roll her eyes. This happened at least 10-15 times before I said “sorry if I’m doing something wrong” she just stared at me with disscontempt. Dropped over $200 here and was treated like trash, I’ll never go back. People come here to get pampered, you should teach your employees to be nice to people or it ruins the entire experience.

Apparently, they don’t take walk ins anymore. I went in, they asked if I had an appointment and left me standing there while they took other clients who walked in after me. They never said they couldn’t take me until I asked. Pretty rude and a waste of my time.

We arrived at 12:30 and our appointment was at 1:00 so we were hoping they would let us in early. My grandma got in around 12:45 for her pedicure… so I continued to wait at their darling seating area up front. It was eventually 1:10 and they let me in. They work fast, but efficient.
