I first started seeing her for waxing at a different salon, where I made sure to always request her specifically because she stood out with great attention to detail and customer service. I was able to follow her to her own place at Irises Beauty, and am so happy to continue to see her for services and watch her thrive!I regularly get my brows waxed, and she takes her time to shape them perfectly — Iris really takes pride in her work. I also started getting facials and skin-care products from her and it is working wonderfully for my skin. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for such personalized, custom solutions. There is no cookie-cutter service here; Iris always takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and even follows up after I try services/products for the first time to make sure everything is working as expected. You will never feel rushed and you will always get a thorough service and all the information/advice you need for hair-removal or skin-care concerns. I first started seeing her for waxing at a different salon, where I made sure to always request her specifically because she stood out with great attention to detail and customer service. Not only is Iris a very sweet and caring person she is a very knowledgeable Skin Care Specialist. She is very passionate about her craft and always keeps herself educated and up to date in her field. Iris creates a skin care program, using natural products and the latest technology to treat her clients based on their individual needs. I’ve been seeing Iris for a few years and followed her when she opened her own Spa. Not only is Iris a very sweet and caring person she is a very knowledgeable Skin Care Specialist.
