This place is inconsistent. They treat their loyal customers badly. I called today to reschedule my appointment from 10/15 to 11/20. I am use to a credit card in file, but today they wanted me to prepay in advance. I refuse to do that as I am often given gift cards and I gave more than sufficient notice to change it. My friend had a bad experience as well. She went to get her eyebrows done and was treated badly because she chose to wear her mask. It is too bad International does not value their customers. It also too bad because Rachel is fantastic massage therapist – one of the best. I won’t be going back as I am done reaching out about their poor service.

Amazing experience. Grace was an excellent masseuse. Everything was clean and well kept. A wonderfully relaxing experience with a complementary foot soak and tea while you wait for your appointment start time. Will definitely be returning!

She recommended products for me and I’m already noticing a difference in just a short amount of time. I’ve waited such a long time to get a facial because the last few times I’ve gone (at a different spa) the esthetician’s were so rude and none of the products they recommended helped any. She recommended products for me and I’m already noticing a difference in just a short amount of time. It was more than I expected! Starting with a friendly welcome and then taken to their warm waiting area where we waited while enjoying a complimentary foot soak, warm neck towel, and a choice if water or tea. My mom had a facial with Mo while I had a massage with Dale. Both started on time and lasted the full 60 minutes. We are very happy with the service, location, and cost. So much that we booked our next appointment. Definitely recommend International Day Spa!
