There has been multiple times they mess up my nails. I want to keep giving them chances for redemption. I notice the women do them better than the men. Even tho it’s hard to get them to do what I like. They rather pick for me. I asked for them to take the old acrylic off but they said no it will be better with it on. They look clumpy n bubbly with gel on top. They should be smooth and thin layers I paid 60 for this. I’m very disappointed

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! I had a full set of Gel Nails done here. The man they sat with me had little to NO experience with Gel Nails. (which are extremely easy by the way) after 1.5 hours which is an excessive amount of time for Gel Nails he said, “You Like” No way this man was serious. I now have the WORST set of nails on my hands that I have EVER had! Its apparent they used good Gel colors to make their sample nails but the two colors I picked looked nothing like what was on the display nail! The man had the nerve to tell me if I got Acrylic they would look better! I have never had a set of gel nails thay were lumpy and so poorly filed. I asked, have you ever done Gel, he relied a couple times. Whatever happened to being certified? Its obvious this man was not nor most of the men working in the salon after reading all the terrible reviews. DO NOT GO HERE! Beautiful Nails right across 19th Ave is a much better choice! They were closed which is why I tried out Nail Studio. NEVER AGAIN! I would also suggest someone take a look into the certifications at this facility as I’m willing to bet they are lacking them!

I asked for a full set and they proceeded to do what they wanted.. they didn’t even try to do what I asked for, I had to ask them to remove what they have done. Very rude attitudes and when trying to pay, I asked how much and the guy doing nails yelled across the room they charge for removal I replied with yes I’m asking how much it is… they are extremely rude and get mad when you tell them they aren’t doing what you asked. They didn’t even do a good job taking the glue off or anything. Never coming back here.

The manager is extremely rude and has overcharged me on multiple occasions without excuse. I am here every ten days or so for a fill and have been coming to this salon consistently for a year. They do not clean their utensils properly and I now have fungus under every nail. When I called to talk about it, I was laughed at. Some of the other reviews say the same thing. I have made a complaint to OSHA and will contact the health department if I do not receive refunds asap. This is a violation of their health and safety certifications

Been a loyal client here for years until today. Went and got a full set like I do every week. The guy that owns the shop Jason is my favorite, but this time I got the blonde haired Asian girl. Every week she charges me a different price, then she includes her tip in the price of the nails. Then at the end still expects a tip. I was incredibly offended by her bossing me around. I wish the older lady still worked here she was great. BUYER BEWARE, I would never go here again.

Have come here a few times and each time has been a hassle. This time I went in asking for a change of acrylics with a different powder, the tech wasn’t listening to me and just refilled what I had, kept saying no, I want a different powder and she kept saying no this is right one. Then, she put on this “gel” polish that is bubbling, lifting and cracking in less than 24 hours of application. She filed so much powder that my acrylics are thin and one broke off while I was washing my hair. Won’t be coming back here again. They don’t care about the customers and don’t listen. Paid 50 dollars for a refill and a polish change plus another amount to fix the one that broke and the cracked polish on another in less than 24 hours after getting them done. Shady thieving business!!!

Despite being a little busy I was seen fast. Suzy was professional and caring, she made sure I liked my nails before she continued with the other nails. She took her time and did an amazing job doing the design I exactly asked for. Coming back, definitely!!

1st up to 3rd visit was ok until yesterday. I came in to have a gel pedicure. While the lady is doing my pedicure i can tell shes new because she keep hitting my toes with the electric file. And its scary until the other lady help her to file my nails. And the incident happened. It looks small but its deep and painful. The owner gave me a $5 coupon for next time but i won’t be coming back.
