She specializes in pain management along with focus massage and stretching techniques as needed. And boy do I need it!Some masseuses I’ve been to are like most chiropractors I’ve been to: they typically have an overall traditional and repetitive way they handle each session. What I love about Rachel is she spices it up for the different issues I come with each time.. game changer!She’s committed to making sure you leave better than you came. I’ve had new techniques tried out such as “gua sha” which scrapes your skin with short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow and a suction technique is used to lift the skin and tissues up.
