I went to several hair salons over the years, including upscale ones that were not very personal. I have been searching for the right place that really understands my hair type and what color I am looking for. FINALLY, I FOUND ONE!!!LADIES!!!! If you’ve been like me in self-quarantine or have had a hair color disaster nightmare this is the place for you. Plus, the small business owner is very sweet and her stylists are skilled and are all talented. Very down to earth friendly clean environment. The stylist that did my hair is Kevin, my angel who saved me from my Ronald McDonald hair to complete transformation and came out looking like a model.Please if you want to support small businesses start here and you won’t be disappointed.The price was fairly average for my hair which took 5 hours but as you can see in the pictures I needed it.Thank You for the beautiful job on my hair. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe staff is very nice, but I was very unsatisfied with the cut, especially considering I waited 1hour after my appointment time.I originally showed a woman reference photos of what I wanted and explained how I previously got my hair cut. She then passed me on to a man who I had no previous conversation with regarding how I wanted my hair. As he prepared to cut my hair I showed him reference photos, and told him I only wanted 3-4 inches cut off. He ended up cutting off about 9 inches. I have very THICK hair, personally it felt like they didn’t know how to properly style my hair type. It was left very boxy at the bottom, had some layering at the top that didn’t transition into the square cut at the bottom. In the end it felt like they tried to blame me for the cut I received. They tried to convince me to let him style my hair, but I didn’t want him touching my hair anymore. I came back later to have the original woman who I spoke with try to clean up the bottom, it was better but the damage was done. Overall it was a HORRIBLE hair experience. My hair went from mid back to above my shoulders, my hair felt dryer, and was nothing near what I wanted. I’ll have to go and pay someone else’s to fix my hair or even get it to a place I feel comfortable.
