If I could I would give 6 stars to their customer service. I had booked my appointment online incorrectly and in-spa was fully booked but as soon as I told them this manicure and pedicure was supposed to be for my wedding they went above and beyond, called other customers and managed to accommodate me. I really really appreciate their understanding and amazing customer service.

I loved the massage. The deep tissue massage is super good. The therapist Derek was super friendly and professional in his technique. The only thing that I would complaint is that this spa store is a bit pricey and it has high prices. Other than that, the massage is good. If the price gets a bit lower, I can come more often. I wish to come more. When I made the appointment for today and talked with them, I wanted to add the Himalayan salt stones, but they said they do not have Himalayan salt stones. I wish I could try the Himalayan salt stones

I’ve been looking around for a really good facial spa and this place is the real deal! The heated sheets and warm towels were heavenly, I noticed a humidifier in room as well soft music was playing in the background and the lady helping me was such a delight easliy exceeded my expectations I scheduled 2 more visits after the 1st and I’m elated to go back I just found my new happy place the prices are unbeatable as well all around 10/10 experience.

I was given a standard facial by my son for a birthday gift. I had to change the original time. When I called, I upgraded my facial from 60 minutes to 75 to get more extractions. It would be $25 more. That is what I wanted. Gwen, the esthetician, said I would do better with another type of facial without even looking at my skin. I got like three extractions and noted at the end that it was only 60 minutes. I found Gwen phony and a product pusher. When asked about it, the receptionist said that I got a better facial meaning the product was higher grade I guess, but it was 60 minutes and more money. I was so confused. I felt swindled. I called when I got home and was told I could get a discount on my next service. Worst customer service – refund the $25 at the very minimum! The place is dated, products for sale don’t look inviting and there’s an area as you walk down the hall where they’ve just thrown a bunch of furniture and other stuff. Looks awful. Not UVillage standards. And that was my first and last time at In Spa.

I came to the u village in spa for my first ever facial. It was the “quick” facial. I had a great and relaxing experience! The woman Jayed was super nice & a great people person! I definitely recommend Jayed when you visit this location!!
