So my 12 year old daughter had an appointment today at 3 pm to see Lee to get her hair dyed I got a phone call from Lee saying she had some cancellations so she needs me to come in earlier unfortunately I am working until 2 and the earliest I can get there was 230 she said that’s too big of a gap I said well I’ll see you at 3 she said no it’s too big of a gap my daughter really wanted it done today she’s been having a rough time and really wanted it done today she did not care and kept saying we’ll do next week I said no today she said no next week so I said cancel it now I’m looking everywhere for my daughter this is unprofessional it is not the clients fault there’s a gap due to other peoples cancellations
