My experience was terrible getting ahold of Someone at this salon was awful.trying to call for 3 days, after several failed attempts. I finally get ahold of someone to set up an appointment through Facebook. I call day of appointment to confirm my appointment and the excuse I received was “oh I didn’t know you replied I’m bad at checking Facebook. I do not have an appointment for you.” Absolutely terrible for a small town business. I understand things come up and I understand things happen but really? Very unacceptable!
