Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI dropped in without an appointment and was able to immediately get a spa pedicure. This salon is quiet, relaxing, and exceptionally clean. There’s plenty of space between the pedicure chairs. They use the disposable foot sink liners, shields are up, and everyone was wearing a mask. My technician was a young man and he was so polite and accommodating and did a wonderful job. My feet look and feel great! I dropped in without an appointment and was able to immediately get a spa pedicure. This salon is quiet, relaxing, and exceptionally clean. There’s plenty of space between the pedicure chairs. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueYesterday (9/13/21) my husband and I had pedicures done. We were one of the first to arrive and asked for a regular pedicure with a French for myself. Critical: ProfessionalismWent for a pedicure and was told 30 minute wait. Said okay and sat outside. Went back in and they said what do you need. I told them that we were there for a pedicure and that it had been 20 minutes and they told us it would be 30 minutes. He said you can come back in a hour seeing how you left. I told them that we didn’t leave we waited outside cause there was no were to sit and I’m 9 months pregnant and wasn’t gonna stand in the doorway for 30 minutes. He told us to come back in and hour again and I said oh now we can leave and come back.
