EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I’ve received from one of the nail techs here. Her name is Haylee Dantzer. Right before my third appointment with her she announced that she would be moving back home to do nails and I told her that wasn’t an issue and I would go anywhere for her to do my nails. My appointment was on a Friday and she texted me the Saturday before to say there was a garage sale in her subdivision that weekend and she would need to move me to Thursday so I agreed. The same day at 8am (my appointment was at 12pm) she cancelled on me and told me that she had sun poisoning really bad and was super sick so I agreed to move my appointment once again. I asked her if she could do them before Wednesday because I was going out of town so she moved my appointment to Tuesday at 5pm and offered to do them for free for this huge inconvenience. The night before my appointment she sent out a pre-typed text (like a group text but it wasn’t sent in a group) and she began to explain that she would have to cancel all of her appointments because the state came to her house and told her that she couldn’t work until her house was up to salon standards and that she wouldn’t be doing nails until further notice. Obviously I was upset but there was nothing I could do. However, I did find this kind of strange on such a short notice. Upon scrolling through Instagram I noticed that Haylee continuously was posting new sets of nails and I know they were new because they were current trends like at the time she was posting 4th of July nails and people only get those once a year so I messaged her and said I noticed she was posting new nails but I didn’t see that she was back to work. I then proceeded to ask if she had any availability coming up and never got a response. My friend also had her nails done from Haylee once and also follows her on Instagram. My friend texted me and said Haylee is posting a lot for not doing nails right now so I went to search her and realized that she blocked me on Instagram. Not sure what I did to get blocked, I was always so kind and understanding. I am actually completely blew away by the level of unprofessionalism and miscommunication. I also have all of our texts and have screenshots of where I search her on Instagram and she doesn’t come up. How unprofessional. Not sure how she plans on running a business this way.

Haylee is my go to person whenever I want my nails done, she is professional, passionate and kind. Definitely makes the experience fun and relaxing. Absolutely always happy with my nails.

I’ve been going to Taylor for microblading for 2 years. I love that my brows look good without makeup! They were thinning and this helps a lot. Taylor is very professional and experienced.
