I been going to the place for awhile now. I heard from another employee on my previous visit about the owner not liking the use of a (electric) shaver because it take a little more time. Then I come in today and a different employee mentioned the shaver use cost $9 now.I straight up told her I am not coming back here again. You want quality haircuts not quantity. What is wrong with this owner? The only reason why I went to this place cause it’s close. They can’t even cut hair properly in the first place leaving long hairs all over the place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poorly managed!

Online hair cut appointments have ruined this place you can’t book an appointment until 10:05 I was there at 10:02 and was told there was a 51 minute wait but there was just a few people there and fewer working maybe if the employees weren’t always on the computer asking people for their phone and email addresses they might be to actually do more hair cuts making more money wasting less time.

Signed in online. Wait time was 0 minutes. When arrival time 8 minutes later there was 1 customer paying for haircut and another in the chair getting theirs cut. 2 stylist. One not busy went into back room and was there for 10-15 minutes. Another customer had come in short after me and another signed in. 2nd customer left and finally stylist came out from back room. Haircut was a disappointment. The only positive was 2 stylist gave me a coupon for $5 off haircut for having to wait so long.

First timer at Great Clips. Used there app from home to go on wait list which is super convenient. Drove the 10 minutes to get there, walked in and my wife and I were 1 & 2 on the list. Greeted by the owner and sat down for our hair cuts. My wife went first and she was very happy with her cut. I was Greeted by a young man named Jose and received an awesome haircut. This young man payed attention to detail asked lots of questions. They certainly won this customer over. Loved my haircut. We shall return !!
