I made an appointment online on a Friday afternoon for a Sunday appointment. Their website says they were open Sunday, let me choose a time and stylist. Never received a call to confirm. Drove over an hour to get there just to be told that they were closed for the day and had a special event. Never going there again.

Critical: QualityI called before to make sure is keratin in paste and not the spray that works superficially, and when she start after washing my hair I find out it was the spray, from a brand I saw on their website that looks in a pot, like a cream and it was not, so I told her to remove it from my hair coz that thing only relax my hair, but not straight it as a good keratina I always do, so they insist in me paying at least half price. horrible experience. I know that OFTER salons gIVE good service but everytime I go to INDULGE HAIR SALON I GET THE RIGHT STYLE AND CUT. I went to this salon to get my hair colored for the first time. I wanted a light brown but what I ended up with was a color that somehow faded into a dark burgundy by that same night. I called them the very next day to tell them about it and I was told to shampoo my hair and see if that fixes it. Well it didnt.. And when I tried to book an appointment to correct the color they wanted to charge me the exact same price all over again, which means I would have had to pay them double the cost of service just to get the same color I requested in the first place. At first I thought this was a good salon however when you make a mistake you are not suppose to charge the client for you to fix it. The whole time that I was on the phone asking why I was being charged again for the color correction I had to sit and listen to the stylists speak back and forth with each other about prices and the cost of treatments but not once did they even ask to see my hair and how the color had faded by the very next day. It didnt even seem to matter to them. That shows a complete lack of care in the quality of their work and an extreme disregard for the client’s concerns about the services that they had to pay for. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this place to anyone else

This place could be a 5 star if the stylist werent so ghetto and unprofessional. All the cursing and gossiping and doing something else in the middle of doing someones hair is what makes this place 2 stars NOT TO MENTION TALKING AND TEXTING ON THE PHONES!OMG PLEASE. If the owner wasnt as good as she was I would make it 1 stars. i suggest hiring better and professional people. Not girls who are just there for a paycheck. there is simple no passion into anyones work. Most of the time I see girls getting their hair half ass done and still having to pay full price. Half ass work equals half ass payments in my books. but thats just me.
