I came in asking for about 15 inches of hair to be cut off. The 1st stylist I worked with cut off 22 inches of hair, far more than I asked to be cut(as if 18 inches wasn’t enough!). I asked for a choppy/layered cut with vibrant purple hair. Not all salons do purple dye, so I specifically asked if this was achievable.I said I’d prefer black over red if it was going to lean one way or the other. During the consult she said she was going to do a color remover and different demi colors throughout my hair so she would be charging for a color correct. She didn’t do a color remover, didn’t do multiple colors, yet still charged for a color correct. She did a blunt cut with one weird area in the back that was ruined with texture scissors. She didn’t let me look at the back before leaving, now I know why. My hair was auburn, not purple. After speaking with a manager I was assured the color was achievable and they’d fix the cut. She used the exact same demi color and said doing it a second time would be more purple. I still have auburn hair and she knew I still wasn’t happy when I left, my words were “it’s fine”. Don’t take clients if you don’t carry the color they’re asking for, don’t charge for a color correct if you’re just doing an all over demi. First and second color visits in photos

This was my first time at Impressions, and seeing Skylar. I will be back! Skylar was sweet, professional and brought me to tears with how she completed my hair transformation! Every single stylist here knows what they’re doing and is always fantastic. I specifically go to Summer every time. She is not only an incredible stylist but always treats me with the utmost respect and provides amazing customer service. I also buy most of my shampoos/conditioners from here as well. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy, always being able to point you in a good direction for what is best for your texture, color, etc. Overall, I always get the results I asked for, here and am provided exceptional service every visit. I have extremely frizzy, curly, and thick hair. I have been on the hunt for 30 years trying to find a salon and stylist that could help me figure out how to properly manage my hair. I’m happy to say that Impressions is that salon! Not only do they provide great product recommendations, cuts, and styles, but they help you find the right products for your specific hair type so that you don’t spend hundreds of dollars on trial and error. Jaime did hair for my bridal party. Everyone’s looked amazing and perfect! A few gave her the option to do what she wanted with their hair and she definitely outdid herself. Had my hair and make up done here for my friends wedding and I couldn’t even recognize myself….in all the best ways!!! My hair looked exactly like the picture and my make up was so perfect! I don’t typically wear makeup so I wanted to keep it light and natural and I definitely was happy with the end results! Best yet…it all lasted all night!
