I’ve been seeing Pauline for over a year now. Today I had the worst experience with her. I got there 5 min early and had to wait 20 minutes at her station for her to see me. When she finally sat down to do my nails it felt rushed, she was doing things so much faster and sloppy compared to how she usually was. She even accidentally sanded under my nail on my skin, like my finger slipped from her hands as she was working on my nails. When looking at the shape, I saw both thumbs were pointed to the right, I asked her to correct it 3 times and even now it’s still pointed. The third time when she was asking if it was fine, she didn’t even wait for me to respond and just got up without a word and walked away. When we got to the polish, I had shown her a picture of what I wanted. It had purple glitter. She told me what I wanted wasn’t possible with a the gel polish, which I had already assumed. I thought she was going to use loose glitter, which I had actually gifted a whole set of glitter to her when she moved to this shop, I thought we would use one of them, she said we couldn’t, which I knew wasnt true because I had seen how they created the exact nail design with loose glitter on Instagram. When I told her I didn’t want the silver based purple glitter polish she said I could have the gift I gave her back and proceeded to toss the pack of glitters in front of me. It felt rude, and disrespectful. I had seen this woman for over a year, paying $60-$100+ every time even when sometimes it didn’t feel like a fair price for what was done, I payed what she said every time without question and always tipped $20 and $40 during holidays. I asked to just pay for the acrylic, no polish because of this experience. This isn’t the way you treat a long time customer. After discussing it with family, I felt it necessary to get a refund. I work in a salon as a hairstylist and if this were to happen in a salon, it would be without question, refunded. When I went in and expressed what happened and that I wanted my money back they told me that they couldnt, and that the manager with the ability to do so wasnt there. Pauline also at that time when I was telling her why I was unhappy, told me that what she did wasn’t rude and that there are two sides to the story, and continued to walk away as I was talking. This isn’t the way you treat or speak to clients, this isn’t an appropriate way to run a business. And her behavior was really unprofessional and inappropriate. I understand being stressed, I understand having a busy day in a appointment based profession, but you do not take that out on a loyal client. I will not be returning, and I’m so disappointed that she would treat me this way.

Awful!!!!! When I walked in for a pedicure Trey told me the deluxe with gel nail polish would be 60$ they charge me $85 at the end for uneven nail polish and they kept trowing hot dirty towels in top of my feet and the towels smelled awful! In top of that I had to ask her to correct my nail polish and this was the correction. Save your money and stay away from this place.

I would give them a zero if I could I got my prom set here and the lady was very rude cut me twice and charged me almost $300 for two full sets for my mom and I. Also the nail fell off by itself 3 days after prom. I called back to talk to a manger and they hung up on me.

They are trash. They lady told me after putting the nails on that it would be 85$, then after 2 days of having them 3 nails broke off. I come back to get them fixed and they had me waiting g 1hr and a half after having a appointment saying they can’t give me my money back or a gift card after waiting that long. DO NOT COME HERE ! They talk trash about you in their language when you want what you paid for fixed smh

My nails starting popping off in two weeks so I scheduled an appointment to go back to have them redone and they called me 30 before my appointment and canceled which was very inconvenient to me I got off from work early to make this appointment time. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. Please go to another nail salon and don’t spend your money there very incompetent at this salon.

Went in for an SNS manicure. They use the same jar for all customers to dip your nails in… VERY unsanitary! None of the tools were in sanitizing solution and they were caked in nail dust. They used UV light to cure the nails which is not needed for SNS nails.

Always get your receipt! I paid for 3 of us to get 3 pedicures, 3 manicures (2 full sets). I paid for our appointments in full with tips an hour into our visit. 30mins later I was called to the counter to pay an additional $20 for gel. It was detailed on my receipt that I had covered that charge so he didn’t get his extra $20. As we left another nail tech followed my daughter to her car to collect for a pedicure. I drove back and had to show my detailed receipt for a second time to avoid a scene AND paying extra. This was my first time here. side note* my gel polish chipped 12hrs later. I’ll never come back.

Moved up to VA less than a year ago and since day 1 this has been my go to! Nails are always on point and the employees are very friendly. Just a few of my nails I’ve gotten done over the last few months and phew I haven’t gotten so many compliments on my nails before nor have I ever loved my nails this much.
