Recently had an appointment to go in for just a hair cut. Day off I was contacted by the girl at the desk asking if I could come in earlier in that day. Let her know I was unable to due to making arrangements with work. Within 10 minutes the stylist sent me a text asking if I could move the appointment to another day. After letting her know I would not be able to due to work she came off a little rude and said “fine we’ll make it work”. It was clear that the appointment they had set was not going to work for her so I ended up canceling the appointment.

Even though I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years, I’d never been inside this salon before. I only called them because two different people recommended Images to me. When I initially called to find a stylist who could fix a bad haircut from another salon, they listened to what I needed and got me in for the next availability. I ended up getting a call back the next day since they’d had a cancelation and could fit me in that afternoon. Brooke was very accommodating, she listened to my (horror) story, we talked about what she was wanting to do to fix it, and she continually asked my opinion throughout the haircut. Needless to say, she fixed it and it looks fantastic! I am so, so happy I chose this salon, and I’m so lucky Brooke could fit me in when she did!

Love this salon! Had my hair done by Ashley and she is great to work with and well priced. I had been to several salons before this and never got the hairstyle or color I really wanted and Ashley was spot on with my first appointment with her. Gave me exactly what I was looking for in my picture and she’s very good at analyzing your hair type and finding a cut that works best for you and your hair. Would definitely recommend this salon!

My daughter has been wanting to cut her hair really short. We finally took her in. I was a bit nervous because we didn’t know anything about any of the hair stylists. And I was hoping we would get one that was really good. Brooks cut my daughters’ hair and let me just say. It looks like art. It looks amazing! Thank you Brooks!

I came here for a men’s haircut. There was a bit of a scheduling issue with my appointment, but they contacted me as soon as they realized it, and made it work with my own schedule. The stylist was extremely friendly (I wish I could remember her name. Maybe Ashley?), and gave great tips on how to style it, and what products to use. Overall it was pretty affordable, as well.

Love this place! Aimee is the best, she pays attention to what you want, but also gives you suggestions. You can’t go wrong getting your hair done here. Brittany and Nichole are fabulous hair stylist as well!
