Critical: Professionalism, QualityBoth my manicure and pedicure were the worst I’ve had in the last 20 years. My nails and toenails were uneven, old nail polish remaining on them even though I pointed out that there were five nails with polish still remaining, ragged cuticles and hangnails. I called the owner Mimi and she said to come back in and she would redo the manicure. She did but I left with my nail beds and nails White with white lines that come from aggressive filing. I walked in with healthy looking nails -nails that now look so unhealthy. My toenails have pointy edges and roughness. One of my big toes has a ragged edge that caught on my sheets. The other big toe is painful this morning from a sharp edge that the manicurist left. The owner was not the one who did my pedicure and manicure. The owner had the manicurist do my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair Even though the eight nail stations were unoccupied.
