Only providing 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. My daughter came to work here when it was owned by someone else and at that time she loved it! She was fresh out of hair school and high school. There is a new owner now, a male, who thrives on talking down to the girls in front of clients. I understand what kind of program this is and the way he’s running it is unfortunate. Being an adult male, who also had to learn the world of hair once upon a time, seems to have forgotten what it was like starting out brand new. This man is hateful and upsets most who work there. Trying to run a young woman out of the hair industry by bullying her, who is likely half his age, is cruel. I know the hair industry is cut throat, but I strongly suggest never going to this salon nor allowing your children to try and learn at this salon. It’s one thing to talk down to anyone, but quite another to do it in front of your own clients. He should be embarrassed of the way he treats other human beings.

I used to love coming here when it was just Image Makers. The new owner is absolutely horrible. I’ve seen him belittle the employees in front of all the present clients, the things he says about clients in front of other clients, etc. This is no longer a good place to go to for any kind of service. The atmosphere is way too tense and the employees are terrified/ hate their jobs which makes the experience for every guest not great. I know I will not support a business that treats its employees so inhumane.

I moved here from Tn about 2 months ago, I help run a resort in Columbia which is 45 minutes away, but I took the advice of a friend made an appointment with Reagan drove 45 minutes spent 152 bucks on what I and others thought was a terrible job. I told her what I wanted which was to cover my grey with blond as I always do every summer she proceeded to put foils in my hair 4 hours later I’m MORE grey than what I started with. I told her b4 I left I DO NOT LIKE IT NOT WHAT I WANTED. I called next day told her it’s not what I want so she tells me make an appointment she (Reagen )would fix it .With my job it’s hard to make any appointments things are unexpected all the time. I had to cancel 3 times in which I did call and rescheduled every time. I finally make it in today to be told it’s going to cost me another almost 100 dollars for yet a color I DO NOT WANT!! This place I would not recommend to anyone the manger was rude even after I showed them photos of what I wanted what I wear color wise every summer she says it’s not possible so tell me how a very experienced young lady from Tx knew what and how to color n cut hair my hair in one afternoon what Reagen and

She’s also professional enough to give advice and recommendations if something won’t work or look the best on you. Image Makers also has adorable, affordable, and non-permanent options to spice up your child’s look. My little girl loves the feathers, tinsel, and non-permanent bright colors she can add to her hair. My son loves getting different designs cut into his boring buzz cut. I had a great experience, at first. My first stylist cut my hair and took her time. Loved her and came back to her again. My hair is so thick many stylists struggle, even seasoned ladies. I always feel self conscious going to the salon and I actually felt comfortable with her.
