I had a 9:30 appointment and called i was running a few minutes late. I was told to be no more than 15 minutes or lose appointment. I arrived at 9:35 and was called in at 10:00. I was out and finished by 11:10. The wash was rushed and my color barely took. I made a complaint and was told “I had growth and grays” smh of course i did thats why i was there
