I was looking a closed by place. I went there told Ilsa I had a 20 years stylist who recently moved back to her country. I was telling her it was hard for me to get a new stylist, but I saw her reviews and I went to her. My hair was long , always had long, I told her 3 times that I normally keep my hair long, to give a nice shape leyers but keep it long. She turned my chair away from the Mirrow. Told me she is not cutting much, she lied to me and showed me a piece of a length she was cutting twice, cause I was concerned she was cutting too much. She did what She wanted to do, not what a NEW customer wanted for her hair! She shopped my hair off without my consent. I loved my long hair, everybody who sees me dropped their mouth and is making me be self conscious that I don’t look good, cause I had long hair my whole life, people loved my hair! NOW I’m another short hair lady . She was jealous and unprofessional by cutting without my consent. Obviously I never coming back to her, but is so hard to find and trust someone now. She must’ve told friends to write a good review for her, but as a new customer, I don’t know how she is still open when she can’t satisfy customers. Oh! She never washed my hair and did the haircut with my hair DRY! Something that I NEVER experienced in my life. Who’s she still open!?

Just took my daughter here for a blowout. She has very difficult to manage (4c I think) long hair and I’m amazed how good her hair came out. So silky and shiny looking, even with a keratin treatment there’s always a little frizz within a few hours. The place is immaculately clean and they are so friendly. Highly recommend them. Also I saw another client getting her hair done and it looked beautiful. I’m very pleased.

What an amazing experience!!! Ilsa is the real deal. I took my 3 young daughters for a haircut and a blowout on New Year’s Eve, Ilsa took the time on each one of my kids.They walked out of there looking and feeling great !!! Thank you so much for your time and patience with them. Def recommend. Make sure you plan enough time as she does take her time . She is an artist !!!

Great salon with a highly experienced owner. I went in for a haircut and the owner noticed that my hair was not only damaged, but also had some color issues. I had been trying to remove box dye from my hair to embrace the grays that were coming in, but after 2 trips to a different salon that cost me a lot of money and yielded poor results, I gave up. Ilsa was able to transform my hair – WITHOUT using bleach – it looks and feels amazing!
