I went to Illume spa to get the eyebrow lamination and eyelash lift which I’ve never had before and I’m not really used to do makeup or things like this. But I wanted to try and I absolutely love it. They are very friendly and attentive people and I had a relaxing time while they were working on my eyebrows and lashes. My eyelash surprised everyone because they looked short but they were actually really long and I loved the result!

If you are looking to get your body in shape especially before the holidays. This is the place to go! I originally purchased just the cavitation sessions and then added in the cryo toning to tone up the tummy area! Lauren was my estecthian and she was amazing! I loved her, she is so friendly and knowledgeable about the services (she’s been there over 2 years so she definitely knows her stuff). Will be back next year!

I visited this SPA for laser..staff was good and place was clean too. But due to covid when I requested to reschedule my appointment they said I have to pay $25 as cancelation fee as their policy don’t allow to cancel appointment after 48hrs. What kinds of business is this who charge to reschedule fee due to covid? I am not canceling its reschedule which they don’t get it. I think they need to fix this policy otherwise they will soon go out of business. We want to support small business but policy like this makes us crazy.

I had an appointment for today, 11/28, at Illume Skin Spa. Yesterday I tested positive for COVID. I called yesterday, more than 24 hrs in advance, to cancel. I left a message & didn’t hear back from anyone. I called today to make sure my message was received & they charged me a $40 cancelation fee. I asked politely if this could be waved due to testing positive for COVD & I was told no. I am doing my due diligence as a responsible member of society to not infect their staff. I am a business owner myself in the service field & I have a cancellation policy as well. I would NEVER charge someone for canceling due to having COVID & I am absolutely appalled that this is how they do business. I have canceled all my further appointments. I was so excited to try their facility & this is extremely disappointing. COVID isn’t a joke & I don’t appreciate how I was treated.

I go to there for photofacial ipl… But she don’t know how to do it she burn my skin even i send my pics she didn’t accept her fault she talk with me very rude now i have a permanent burn marks on my face. I pay for together even they didn’t gave me any money back or any credit.. She is the manager.. I think her name is Jessica.. She wear the glasses.i go for there glowing but they did more horrible my face..atleast she fixed it but she don’t Care about anything..
