Called this morning and they said to come in at 1:30 for a fill. So I got here at 1:15. It’s going on 1:45 and still sitting, waiting… Finally at 1:50, a tech comes up to me to choose a color, but to wait 5 minutes. At 2:15, they called me over. The tech proceeded to take care of 10 other things. Then began. I asked about rhinestones, and she said they only to rhinestones if you get gel!! NEVER HEARD OF THIS. I don’t recommend this place, not sure how there’s such great reviews. My experience was horrible.

I’ve been getting my mani/pedi here for 2 decades. Best prices and always great service. They offer many options, and if you bring in a pic, they can do it exactly the same. Their no chip really lasts for a long time, and I never messed them up, even with heavy cleaning chemicals, they don’t smear or chip. Never go wrong with quality and prices compared to many places I’ve tried. I always come back to IL nails.

I absolutely love and adore Anna, and when she does my nails. The issue is they are never and I emphasize never open on time and then you know they’re in there and they’re not answering the phone either. Sadly, they have lost a customer. I stopped going to Illinois Nails because I waited 2 hours about 3 weeks ago, I was done with my pedicure and Eric took 2 women, when he was supposed to take me. I was told 10 min by Cindy, then that turned into 40 min, Then Helen told me 10 min, that turned into another 40 min. So I got up and told Helen I was leaving. She said something to Eric in their language and she told me 10 min, I told her no I’m leaving. She kept saying so sorry to me. Then yesterday I was ignored when I signed in. Then a women came in and she was greeted by Helen, and she said her daughter was coming as well and Helen said ok. She sent her to wash her hands and I was still waiting, and she still didn’t say anything to me. I had an appointment for 1pm with Tony and still waited for 30 min. At 1:30 he proceeded to do the other women’s nails, so I crossed my name off the sign in sheet and left. I will not be going back. Helen is RUDE!!!!! She doesn’t know how to run a business and also lacks in personal skills!!!! I will miss Cindy, she is the Best. They are also over priced!!!! My daughter referred me to a much better nail salon. So much better than Illinois Nails!!!! They are nice, and better selection for polish, and the price is much better too!!!!

Great quality, horrible service. Multiple times I have made appointments and still had to wait 2 hours. I walked in 40minutes before closing only to be told they are closing soon in 10min so they could not take me. I have come 30minutes before opening and they opened 2 hours late saying they didn’t open till 12pm that day when online they opened at 10am. It’s very disappointing sincet their work is phenomenal .

This was my 1st time there and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. I originally went in for a pedicure and a no-chip mani and left with only a pedicure because I was afraid to allow them to put me through the pain a 2nd time. She cut more of my toes then my nails and cuticles and her reasoning was my “skin is thin.” As rough as she was with the clippers and cuticle cutters she was the exact opposite when it came to the massage. The paint job was as bad as the rest of the service, thick layers and on my skin. Never again.
