I was a regular customer seeing Jeanette. A family emergency came up and had to reschedule my appointment. I let them know a day in advance and they very quickly charged me a $72.50 cancellation fee. Great way to lose customers, won’t ever be back. Maybe they will learn this is a customer service business.

I had an amazing experience for pretty much my first professional massage. The establishment is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The Massage Therapist, Chelsey, was incredibly patient and understanding with all of my questions. She explained the process from filling out the consultation forms all the way through drinking water at the end of the session. This really meant a lot to me. I left in a much better frame of mind and my muscles felt great. I highly recommend Ideal Massage and am looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic!! Was in town visiting friends for a few days and needed a massage badly. Did a search and found this great place and Jeannette took care of all of my needs. Had a super deep tissue massage with aromatherapy and red light therapy as well using the the nerve repair essential oil that I brought with me. I feel 150% better at the massage and I highly recommend a visit here.
