Editing my review now that I’ve made my third visit to this location. My provider for laser this weekend was super friendly, informative, and efficient. I very much liked being treated by her. I would like to say though that scheduling is a nightmare and employees seem spread too thin. My appointment was abruptly moved without prior notice, as an employee quit without warning. I feel that they likely left due to the workload or other issues with this business. Please provide more staffing and perhaps pause accepting new clients so that you can better serve your customers. I’ve never been able to reschedule an appointment at this location, and I always book my next two sessions in advance just so I can get onto the calendar, otherwise the schedule is jam packed. If the customer is responsible for ensuring they complete their treatments in the allotted time, but the business is unable to meet customer needs regarding scheduling, then what? I’ve had concerns over paying for my laser in one lump sum, about maybe not being able to complete all of my treatments within the 16 month window due to scheduling availability. This was a major purchase for me, so it’s a bit frustrating to say the least, to have to worry that perhaps it was a mistake.

It was great. Only thing is that they didn’t give me the address. I ask was there deposit and how much is the first payment. I was told no deposit for payment was 139.00 which they told 249. 00 off my credit cards already. The payment my understanding come after 45 days of first treatment. What’s up with that

The so-called ‘Lifetime’ deal is basically a scam. They charge you a good amount of money for permanent hair removal treatments over the span of X months. Once you are done with said treatments, and hair starts to grow back, because you signed up for the ‘Lifetime’ ‘permanent’ hair removal, you are lucky enough to receive further sessions at the discounted rate of $39.30. Basically, if you are OK with spending $40 a visit for the rest of your life, b/c you prefer not to shave, then this is the deal for you. But better to be forewarned.

I had a great session, very comfortable and professional. I was nervous about the laser treatment and it definitely was a bit painful in some areas but it went fast and I was made to feel comfortable by the wonderful nurse. She was amazing! Dana was very good. She did not appear to be sales pitching but was genuine with her approach.
