Filled out the form and someone called me and offered a Zoom call to further discuss options. I accepted the Zoom call but was hesitant to turn on the video because I was home sick with a sinus infection….looking g and feeling awful. The screen stated that the call would be recorded. UGH. I didnt want to be recorded looki g so awful. The man on the call told me that he didn’t feel comfortable proceeding unless I turned on my video, as if he was somehow at risk. It made me feel very strange how he responded. It was very uncomfortable and made me feel very distrustful of the Ideal Image brand.

Total scam rip-off. Now I see why they make you sign a waiver so you can’t get your money back. I spent almost 4,000.00 on coolsculpture. I was told l would see results after 90 days. Nothing. Everytime I would inquire, l was told it was too soon. After 6 months I was told, during my last session, it was because of my weight gain that was due to medication. No it wasn’t because I didn’t lose anything nor gain weight for 5 1/2 months. Got it done April or May. Zero and I mean ZERO results. Save your money. I could have used that money for better things
