I first had given it 5 stars because of the call centers treatment and response to get you signed in. This is my first experience with Ideal Image, I confirmed an appointment with Tammy for today Saturday 10/05/22 @10AM. I previously had completed all medical forms and submitted. I drove thirty minutes away, arrived at 9:40 AM, to be told that my first appointment was cancelled because I didn’t auto confirm. I proceeded to explain to the receptionist that I never received any auto response to the appointment and that I had scheduled it with Tammy. MIND YOU THIS IS MY VERY FIRST time doing this and being in this facility! I also explained that I spoke with a nurse the same day I purchased the Botox and had completed my medical forms.

I started going here in February of 2022. The ladies are lovely but I was going for laser hair removal… I always had a different technician, so the area they worked on was never consistent. The hair lightened for sure, but now I have MORE hair where I was getting treatment than before. I will be stopping treatment and looking elsewhere.

My consultation lasted no more than ten minutes. Nothing was explained. The process, equipment used, etc. I was then quickly presented payment options. I told the consultant I would look this over, speak with my husband (as it is a large financial commitment) and get back to her soon. She responded by asking me how soon, what do I need to discuss, and that she might not even be able to “keep the deal” the same if we ended the zoom call. I opted to go with a much pricer establishment due to their fantastic customer service. With ideal image I was treated as just another payment. She also made an assumption that I would need to do a payment plan, which in fact is not the case. Would give zero stars if that was a possibility.

In my initial consultation , I was told the area I needed treated was able to be treated by Coolsculpting. Ok, deal, loan was accepted and paid in full at that moment. At my first appointment I was told the area I wanted treated was NOT treatable. This is reason alone for a full refund. I have a ticket in with customer service and would like this refund expedited as soon as possible.
