I LOVE this salon!!! Very professional, clean and such a cute salon. The owner is awesome, so good at what she does, always eager to please the clients! The stylists all seem very friendly and up to date with the latest hair trends. Also, the pricing seems very reasonable for the services they offer. I would highly recommend this salon if you are in or around the Matthews area.

Carey Glensor Garwood did my hair a few times. The service was casual and the pay was for cut, color and style with tip around $135. Recently, I had to reach out to her threw Facebook because she doesn’t answer her voice mails for about a mover a year. ( I should of known then to not hire her services ). She was 30 min late for the appointment, unapologetic and very casual. I went to get only highlights. Had my hair freshly cut by another lady due to I couldn’t reach her. I assumed she would charge a max of about $100. She did not discuss the pricing at all. She charged me $172.50 because I got a better position as a designer and she assumes I have money. I questioned her and she was very vulgar and arrogant. I also had blue hair that I needed to fix elsewhere. The other stylist who fixed Carey’s work said Carry did a horrible work. Carry alleged that she used close to $90 worth of hair product. Which all stylist I questioned laughed. Wow!!! Warning- do yourself a favor a choose another stylist.

Walked in for a quick eye brow wax nobody had time which I understood I was a walk in. Proceed to ask when would some one have time they could not give an answer what so ever. Unfortunate because it is 2 mins from me and I get my hair washed straighten weekly and color every 3/4 weeks. My aunt owns a salon for 20 yrs in FL and never would say they didn’t have time for a 5 min eyebrow wax while someone was OUT back. It was more not WORTH there time. Welcome to Salon Couture where there value there time over business..
