I’ve been going to I’d Wax That for 2 years now. I’ve been so pleased with my services. Nicole is a wonderful esthetician and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with her. She is genuine, personable and easy to chat with. Her facility is very clean, inviting, and super cute! I highly recommend I’d Wax That to anyone interested in the services she provides. Critical: ProfessionalismI have 5 kids so it took a bit of work to carve out some me time. Imagine my disappointment when 4 minutes after my appointment was to start, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. “Sorry for the inconvenience.” No offer to reschedule or anything. The text said something came up, but I got the impression that my appointment was completely forgotten about. Why not just be honest and own it? When I called out the unprofessional behavior I received no response. I love supporting local, but this place ain’t it.I have 5 kids so it took a bit of work to carve out some me time. I have 5 kids so it took a bit of work to carve out some me time. Imagine my disappointment when 4 minutes after my appointment was to start, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. “Sorry for the inconvenience.” No offer to reschedule or anything. Didn’t make me feel judged at all and was completely professional during the entire procedure. I felt like we were just friends hanging out (while she occasionally ripped some hair out of my lady parts) haha. I would absolutely recommend hiring her for your Brazilian and other waxing needs. ❤️Looking forward to getting some facials done with her too!
