Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI came to the Iconic Salon Suites for a haircut and shave because it is located close to where I live. When I got there I was completely impressed with how clean the suites were. The salon professionals I encountered there were very courteous and I even had a very good conversation with who turned out to be the owner of the building. I’ve read the other reviews and it appears that they are from people who had their application turned down for leasing for one reason or another. I think it is unfair and unfortunate that people would post a bad review because their lease application was declined. Iconic Salon Suites is in a great location, very clean, and staffed with salon professionals who are independent business owners. For those people who were declined a leasing opportunity, I’m sorry. If you want to encounter independent salon professionals who are courteous and do great work, you owe it to yourself to go to Iconic Salon Suites and see for yourself. Discriminatory rental practices. Leasing consultant was cold shouldered when he found out that I was a new graduate even though I have a business plan and financial statement. Said I wouldn’t be successful as a new graduate. I said it wasn’t fair of him to say that. He changed his reasoning to “I have enough esthetician’s, I need hair stylists.” The website lists the people renting already and he has an equal amount of esthetician’s and stylist. I told him I was an esthetician when I first reached out. I will not recommend this new business to anyone.
