Lorena is the hype woman and body sculpting magician you didn’t know you needed. I tagged along with my cousin for a body sculpting appointment and saw results just with that one session! I was hooked instantly, so much so that I booked a 10 appointment session with her the same day. I’ve been working out consistently and adding lymphatic massage and body sculpting from Lorena has only made my results and my work at the gym THAT MUCH more evident (I was even able to get a compliment from my usually critical Filipino mom ). I’m about halfway through with my 10 sessions and have already lost 1.5 inches off my waist. I can’t wait to see the results after that 10th appointment. Her new studio is beautiful and serene & Lorena always makes sure you’re comfortable & taken care of. I can’t thank her enough for all of the body positivity I’ve been feeling since becoming one of her clients. She also offers several other beauty procedures like skincare and teeth whitening, and knowing that she has several regular clients is proof that she’s amazing at everything she does! It was well decorated, glam style, and very clean. I liked that there was chill music playing in the background. We started with my teeth whitening and she explained everything thoroughly as it was my first time. It took about an hour long but she broke it up in 15-20 min increments. The before and after results are amazing after just ONE treatment. Barely any sensitivity changes in my teeth! Lorena also made sure that she placed a gum barrier on to prevent any sensitivity damage. She paid careful attention to get the whitener all around my teeth. I think I went down 8 shades on the scale. Up next was the dermaplaning. It was also my first time getting it done. I was nervous at first but Lorena was so gentle! The results are amazing and I can’t stop touching my baby smooth skin! Checkout was a breeze and payment was made through Zelle. Will definitely be back and doing this regularly!!! Thanks Lorena! I reached out to Lorena through social media to see if she was available for a Bridal Make up trial, I booked a date with her a month in advance and she let me know she required a $100 deposit for the appointment. The day before I was supposed to have my trial with her she reached out through text to let me know how to come ready for the trial and asked me to send inspiration photos. I sent them through text and she asks me if I was getting my make-up done for prom. I was confused by the text but let her know if was for a make up trial for my wedding. She apologized and told me she usually take better notes but she did not this time. I tried to confirm with her that she was still available for the date of my wedding and she let me know that someone else was also inquiring about that date and wanting to put a deposit down. I asked her if we should continue with the trial since she has been speaking to another bride about the same date. She let me know she reached out to that bride and let her know I would have first choice since it was Lorena’s mistake. I walked away from that conversation worried and let down but decided to go through with the trial because everyone makes mistakes. The morning of my trial Lorena calls me and at first asks for someone else, I thought she had the wrong number. She quickly realized she called me by the wrong name and then continues to ask if we could reschedule the trial to the next day because another client was requesting her services for the day. I was disappointed and annoyed at this point but agreed to change the appointment. Once I got off the phone I realized I shouldn’t be going through with this appointment with everything that has happened so far. I called her back and let her know I wanted to cancel the appointment, she said ok and that she would send me back my deposit. I waited a couple days but had not received the deposit back. I reached out to Lorena through text and she has her read receipt on and she read the text right away and did not respond. I have yet to receive a response or my deposit back. I think she is very unprofessional and unorganized. I would respect the fact that it was a deposit and was not going to receive it back, however she told me she was going to give it back or if she had at least responded to the text message explaining why she was not going to give it back. If you’re a Bride looking for a hair and make up person make sure you speak with her on the phone or that she is noting that it is for a bridal trial.

She not only contacted me back asap but also squeezed my appt sooner as well. I had a microderm facial and dermaplaning with Lorena. and I am totally impressed with the results. Best facial I have had in a very long time. Lorena was thorough in analyzing my skin and what I needed. I love that she focused on extractions (ouch) but worth the pain! She has top grade products that work for my sensitive skin. I’m on day 2 and my skin is still glowing! Highly recommend!
