Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have gone here many times and have great experiences, but I just went today and had a bad experience and will not be returning. The woman who did my manicure was clearly in a rush. She cut me 3 times – twice on one hand and once on the other but continued to manicure and was dipping my bloody fingers into the dip powder! My fingers are burning where they are cut. And the prices were raised from $40 to $45 for a basic dip powder manicure. There was no notice of this until I was told my total. I will not be back. I have gone here many times and have great experiences, but I just went today and had a bad experience and will not be returning. The woman who did my manicure was clearly in a rush.
