Disappointed with the SNS powder. Went on Sunday, he didn’t use a bake coat, only did two coats and all of my nails are chipped. This usually lasts me 2-3 weeks. Not worth the $45 for SNS

How do my gel nails look after going here? A+. Seriously, if you have a special occassion or something like that, this is the place to go to get the best nails in town. I also like the “free with tip” neck massages. The PRICE on the otherhand has recently shifted and is now oddly outrageous for gel. I went for a gel mani and gel pedi on one of their “happy hour” days with special discounts. The discounts don’t seem to apply to gel at all, but instead a $10 discount off total if mani and pedi done. In total, with a spa pedi, I was charged $37 (pedi) and $35 (mani) EXTRA because of the gel. Read that right, $72 extra because they were gel. I tried to discuss this with the staff to clarify that this appeared to be a double charge for the pedicure and was assured that it was $55 for a pedicure + $37 because it was gel. This is not readily disclosed anywhere in the store, so, I thought I would share it here so at least you know what you’re getting into. Other places I have been may chart $10-20 extra for gel, but $37 is over the top. If you are someone who has their nails done on the regular, this place may not be the best spot for gel due to price, but great for a special occassion/splurge. Additionally, though the store opens at 9:30a, the staff is not always there to start your care until later (per my experience 9:45a they all arrived), so you may want to consider that for your scheduling.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI checked this place based on a recommendation from a friend. So without looking at the reviews, decided to follow her advice and just went in. The experience was great. I didn’t need any nails done, rather cleaning up with cuticle care. The front desk is a little hard to understand with his accent, but I was able to speak with the technicians and easily get what I was looking for.Jackie came over offering a massage, which I didn’t know would be free so I declined, saying I’m here to get my nails cleaned up. The technician Daisy recommended me to get one and let me tell you, his hands are like magic. I nearly melted from the touch. I know from working out and being in the car for more than 3 hours, my shoulders were stiff. But his massage wasn’t just rubbing my back, he was truly getting the knots out of my back. After Daisy finished up (which was like 10 minutes, shorter than I expected) I asked if she had time for pedicure to get my toenails cleaned up.The pedicure was great, not as amazing as the massage+manicure combo, but they included a lot of adds on that I wasn’t expecting. Definitely will be back, very glad I listened to my friend rather than the reviews.TL;DR I liked it. Opt for the massage. Toes came out awesome and massage was great. I took away 1 star for having to wait a half hour after my appointment time, and also because I was charged for a manicure on my 10 year old daughter but they only clipped, filed and painted her nails. No cuticle care, lotion, warm towel or hand massage, it took less than 10 minutes start to finish. Should have been charged for a polish change. I paid it without argument but know that if you are bringing a young person for a “spa day” you may need to specify you want all of the services you’re paying for.

I got the mango spa pedicure. It’s very clean. They use bags in the foot spas and change and clean in between customers. And there’s plastic dividers for manicures. I had a 2:30 appointment they had me wait sitting 20 minutes while they took a walk in. I got no apology from the manager or from whoever finally took care of me. The price is stated $55 for the spa pedicure and after they ran my card it was close to 60 which is not professional. I did not even get a thank you for coming and they didn’t even ask if I wanted to rebook. Definitely will not be going back.

I had some extra time on a work trip and picked this place simply because it was near the Trader Joe’s. Wonderful pedi and complimentary chair massage while my toes dries. Place was very clean and organized. Regular client told me this was the best local place. Prices totally reasonable. Not sure what other services they offer Pedicure, Manicure

Definitely won’t be back. The lady who did my pedicure really hurt my toe and it’s been two days and it’s still hurting. Someone who was with me paid $50 for a pedicure and her heels were not smooth after the pedicure was finished. We told the manager that her heels weren’t smooth and needed to be exfoliated and all she did was give us lotion. The set up of the salon is just very odd and staff is not friendly. I recommend Tiara nails down the street.

I have always loved this place but my last 2 powder gels chipped quickly. I don’t know if it’s the application or the powder. I am going to tell them and try it once more but if this happens again, I’ll try another place. I do like the cleanliness and massage if you want it. I can’t pay 40 for a manicure that chips so quickly though
