Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst off they gave me an example of what gel color I wanted , it was a lime green came out yellow. She put the design upside down. I mentioned how the color was not what I wanted and it was way different then example they told me to choose from. Then they began to argue and tell me it was my toe nails fault. At this point redoing it would take another hour so I said leave it. I’ll do my nails a different color. They recommend dip, ive never had it done before. I told them numerous times that I wanted them a little longer then what I had. She literally disregarded and left them at my actual nail length ( I didn’t even say anything at this point). I’m on vacation but I would absolutely never come here again or recommend this place. But she said next time for the mess up she wouldn’t charge knowing we won’t be back for many years if ever. after being on wait for many many hours, they finally called us and told us to come in. i came there with my friend and her mom, the lady that did my nails was rude and had no respect, i asked for shorter and she said no so i was shocked and j let it go. she was cussing and throwing this around the whole time and hurt me multiple times and asked me if it hurt and when i said yes she got an attitude. never will go again.
