I called the phone number a man picked up the phone. He told me to come about 1:30p GPS took me to wrong end of town, but I still made it at 1:30p. When I went inside his wife told me they where too busy. The husband was in parking lot asked me what happened I told him they where too busy he said give them 5 mins okay so I waited. I went in waited 5 more minutes. They started my son’s hair working on it for 20 mins than left and went to finish another client’s hair making us wait and that client’ now had two people working on her. I was told by the husband $75 to start locks and than the wife told me AFTER they started it would be $90. We got there at 1:30pm and left at 530p for an 11 year. My concerns isn’t about the money,but about the customer service.They started my son’s hair than left him sit over an hour to come back and finish his hair.

They are very gentle. They take their time to make sure your hair is braided to perfection. I am VERY HAPY with my braids. They look AMAZING! Box Braids

Very poor experience. The braider complained that I had “a lot of hair” which is odd because this is supposed be a professional establishment that takes care of hair. She was very rough while detangling and ripped A LOT of my hair, despite me offering to do it myself. They should really be more considerate of what someone’s hair means to them and be more gentle when working with clients.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The lady who did my wife’s hair was eating and didn’t wash her hands before touching her hair. She was also very rough with the brush and was over all unprofessional. Not worth $220 at all. Not even close. We’re very upset.

I had a great experience getting my Senegalese twists on Friday. My braider (Danielle) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about length & upkeep. I also had my 5 month old with me and they welcomed him with smiles. Definitely going back when it’s time. Twist braids

I brought my daughter here last minute with wet hair from leaving another ship’s chair where we had to leave mid-service. She fit my daughter in, explained to her the issues with what she wanted done to her hair and what can reasonably be achieved, explained proper care for her locs & gave her a retwist. She was friendly & personable. I recommend this shop. The shop was clean, no wait for service.

I went to the website to see about the spot and no one answers the phone but they text me the information, detailing that the re-twist would be $50. When I get there the two of them decide that not the length of the hair but how long since it was last done warrants $100 for the re-twist. I think the place is garbage and obviously playing a lot by ear to squeeze money out of their customers
