Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI call to make an appointment over the phone. The lady that answered took my information. When I got to the salon, there was no appointment made with my information, in fact there was no 6p appointment on their appointment sheet for the time slot. Initially the attendant didn’t want to schedule me saying that I have to make an appointment to receive service. Once I insisted that I called and provided my information, and there was an opening during the 6p time slot was when the attended wanted to take my information. Approximately, 6p someone called from salon stating that I should come in at 6:15p instead because they were running behind.
