Just WOW…. Shay is so professional, comforting, and GREAT at different styles of Massages. Since my first visit, she immediately impressed me by actually knowing what was on my intake form and having questions ready about it. This helped tremendously during my massage and she knew what pressure/stretching to provide. Also was great that I didn’t fill that form out for no reason … after the massage (I’ve donde both deep tissue and swedish) she always gives you advise on things to improve on like posture, and at home stretching and drinking water! All from what your body demonstrated during the massage! Anyways great experience! She’s my go-to for 8months now!

Just had my second prenatal massage with Shay (3rd or 4th overall). She is so professional, knowledgeable, and intune with her clients bodies. She can tell when something is uncomfortable and adjusts as she goes. My body and baby thank her for the relaxation and release of tension pregnancy puts on the body.
