Edit: their customer service is top quality. I was immediately contacted by one of their team members and was able to discuss the situation. I was apologized to, and ensure that it wouldn’t happen again. I really appreciated that and wasn’t looking for any sort of credit, but they were kind of enough to offer one.

Critical: ProfessionalismGo to a local privately owned salon, NOT a franchise!!! If you’ll notice…. They NEVER reply to these or try to make it right! Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Completely unprofessional!!! I needed to “freeze” my account because I was going out of town for over a month to be with family for my younger brothers funeral. The girl told me it cost $5 to freeze and to let them know when I was ready to “unfreeze”. They took the $5 from my account and didn’t charge me for one month. The next month comes around and they charged me the package I was signed up for ($43.99) without me asking them to unfreeze it! When I called the girl said yes you can freeze up to 6 months. I explained that no one told me that, nor did they tell me it would only be frozen for one month! I was simply told to let them know when I was ready to unfreeze the account. I explained what I was out of town for and the fact that I am a single mom trying to catch up on bills after being out of state for over a month. I’m not able to afford tanning at this time which is why I didn’t call to unfreeze my account. She told me she’d give my info to the manager and they would call me in the afternoon. I asked what area code so I don’t ignore the call but the call never came. I called every day for 3 days then finallu went to close the account. I told the girl I still wanted a phone call from the manager or I would write a bad review of the business and notify the BBB. she told me that I could still be charged one more month of tanning due to the 30 day notice requirement for cancellation…. I absolutely love this place. All the girls are so friendly and knowledgeable. All the equipment is always clean. They do an excellent job with the spray tan.I have the biggest package and it’s worth it’s weight in gold. I enjoy rotating all the spa services and the discount I get on products. I have only been to the NPR location.
